The "MONMON" project aims to delve into the multiple facets of procrastination behavior, with memes as the main focus. Through humorous memes and text, different types of procrastination behaviors are subdivided, helping participants to gain a deeper understanding of their procrastination tendencies and behavior patterns. Additionally, we present procrastination behavior in a humorous way, guiding participants to accept their procrastination tendencies and find appropriate ways to deal with them.
By incorporating elements of positive psychology, we emphasize that procrastination is not necessarily a negative behavior but sometimes a way of relieving stress and self-adjustment. We encourage participants to share their meme creations through social media platforms to promote sharing and discussion, allowing more people to enjoy this relaxed and humorous procrastination concept. Ultimately, through participation in the project, we hope that participants can better understand their procrastination behavior and find effective ways to cope with it, thereby achieving self-improvement and enhancing their quality of life.
