角角 JiaoJiao

菱角，來自台南市官田區的在地農作，本專案針對大眾對於菱角食用上的意見與看法，將傳統、本土感的菱角食材重新塑造形象及食用情境，做出不用為剝殼所苦、克服非產季問題的小零嘴，讓大家進而願意多加了解菱角農作和提升對菱角的食用接受度，無論是閒暇之餘解饞或工作繁忙用於暫時止飢都能方便食用美味的菱角零嘴一一角角。

Water chestnuts, sourced from the local farms in Guantian District, Tainan City, are being reimagined through this project. The aim is to reshape the Image of traditional  water chestnuts Ingredient, creating convenient snacks that do not require peeling and can be enjoyed year-round. This initiative seeks to increase awareness and acceptance of water chestnuts as a food option, providing a delicious and accessible snack for indulgence during leisure or a quick bite to satisfy hunger during busy workdays - each bite bringing a taste of the unique and flavorful water chestnuts-JiaoJiao .
